Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of Services Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing a written notice to StuffsBot. The request should include the reason for cancellation and any relevant details.
- Refund Eligibility Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- Prior to Commencement of Work: If a client requests cancellation before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
- After Commencement of Work: If work has already begun, the refund will be determined on a pro-rata basis, considering the work completed.
- Unsatisfactory Performance: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of work provided by StuffsBot, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Process
- Once a refund request is received, StuffsBot will review the request and assess eligibility.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed within [number of days] days of approval.

- Non-Refundable Fees
- Any fees paid for third-party services, such as domain registration or hosting fees, are non-refundable.

- In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution.
